I’m not allowed to say anything about the pattern except for that it is a shawl. But I want you all to be assured that a lot of time and planning went into the design of this pattern and workshop and I can almost guarantee that you will all love the yarn and pattern!
This is the first time I’ve participated in a mystery kal that the yarn was chosen for me. I received it the other day and am excited about starting. I’ve seen your patterns and know it will be a great kal.

I got the yarn but can’t find the original page. What size needles do I need to buy?
I’d like to add my plea for the needle size! I am going to be out of town starting on the 1st for several days and will have plenty of time to knit and access to the KAL, but not any way to get needles that I don’t have with me… Please let me know what to pack!
It was a size 3 circular needle at least 47 inches long i believe.

I signed up for this, received my yarn and the pattern. Had to order needles, so have had a delay in starting this project. For the life of me cannot not find the place to go on the internet to get help with this project. HELP!
Got my yarn – now what?
Oops, I bought 40″!!! I hope that’s long enough.
On the other hand, the yarn is completely and utterly unusable, so I’m not sweating the needles. I took off the tag and had a pile of knots within minutes. I’m ready to cut the thing up and pray I have enough or just use it for serging or something. I am so so frustrated with it!!!! If I had purchased the yarn directly from the company, I’d be demanding my money back. WHoever’s idea it was to ball it that way…. I have no idea what they were thinking. I haven’t even bothered to look at the pattern yet.
