I’ve got a new addition to my Ravelry Store, the Tranquility Shawl. This is a simple and easy to knit shawl worked on the bias in a garter stitch. At the end of the piece there are stitches picked up and worked modularly into a delicate lace border.
Finished Measurements:
Depth: 12.75” before edging, 15” including edging
Wingspan: 105” from point to point
Materials:
Size 6 U.S. (4mm) 40” or longer circular needle
Waste yarn or several long stitch holders
Yarn needle
Yarn:
3 hanks of The Yarns of Rhichard Devrieze Peppino (100% merino wool, 225 yards per 65g skein), shown in Grace.
Gauge:
15 sts and 38 rows = 4” in garter stitch, after heavy wet blocking and pinning out
